La Vache! will be offering a series of all-you-can-eat steak frites brunches on the first Sunday of every month starting on 4 October 2015 to celebrate their 2nd birthday with a live DJ. The brunch includes warm baguettes, fresh French-dressed salads and unlimited servings of La Vache!’s signature USDA Prime rib-eye steak and fries followed by strawberry tarts. It also comes with free-flow Bloody Mary cocktails, mimosas and house wine. Reservations for all sizes will be accepted for brunch.

Take advantage of the good weather and lounge around at TRi at The Pulse in Repulse Bay for their new weekend champagne brunch. The feast begins with a shared six-course appetiser menu including coconut yoghurt, tropical fruits, heirloom tomato salad with soybean temphe, coconut oil, kaffir lime and red chilli, perkedel potato fritter with grilled eggplant, chilli and lime leaves and pan-fried flatbread stuffed with chicken curry and sweet potato with acar pickles and sambal balado.

You can then choose from a selection of mains – the Jimbaran Iberico pork ribs with grilled leeks and Wagyu beef cheek rendang sound particularly enticing – and desserts that change weekly.

The brunch includes a buffet of delicious appetisers, sides and desserts, a choice of mains including pancakes, steak and eggs with hash browns and toast, an American breakfast, grilled fish of the day or a choice of NY striploin, ribeye or Porterhouse’s gourmet burger with fries for an additional HK$88, HK$98 or HK$88 respectively.

NOM has just launched a new modern Italian weekend brunch, which offers more than just the normal egg-centric dishes. The brunch comes with a complimentary newspaper and a glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice before you order your choice of main from their a la carte menu. Highlights include broad beans and avocado bruschetta with corn and bell pepper salsa and crispy bacon (HK$98), veggie hash with fried duck egg, smoked eggplant puree sauteed mushrooms and rocket (Hk$128) and a selection of two freshly-baked cakes.

Bar manager Charles Chiang has also created a variety of cocktails to go with brunch – we recommend getting a group together and ordering a Nonna’s Punch bowl of rosemary-infused Aperol, Pimm’s No. 1, homemade grapefruit cordial, angostura bitters, prosecco and cucumber (HK$328) to help wash everything down.
