On December 31st, families all across Japan will eat Soba noodles (buckwheat noodles), which for the occasion are called Toshikoshi Soba (年越し蕎麦）. It means “year-bridging soba” and it is a tradition to eat on New Year’s Eve since soba has the meaning of longevity. Please join them to celebrate New Year of 2015. They will serve their famous Soba Noodles and some special New Year dishes prepared by their chef Simon.
